Tourist (MICE) Visa
Ordinary passport holders who intend to enter the Kingdom of Thailand to participate in MICE events (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) supported by the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) are required to obtain a Tourist Visa.
Thus, individuals from countries that require a visa to enter Thailand and who are traveling to Bangkok to attend APIC 2025 must apply for a Tourist Visa.

Visa Exemption
Participants from countries eligible for visa exemption may enter Thailand with a valid passport, which must remain valid for at least six months from the date of travel.

Visa on Arrival (VOA) and E-Visa
Please be advised that applicants utilizing the online Visa on Arrival (VOA) service
must personally present themselves at the designated Visa on Arrival counters at the airport. Applying for an online VOA in advance is highly recommended, as it offers a faster and more convenient alternative to applying upon arrival.
Visa Approval and Discretion
The approval or denial of a visa is solely at the discretion of the Royal Thai Embassy and Consulate-General.
The Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) has no involvement in the visa application process and holds no authority to influence visa approvals under any circumstances.
