Q. How to register for a non-member?

Participants from other countries (not the country of steering committee member associations) are requested to register using the online registration system through APIC 2025 website. Once the registration information and full payment is made, the registration will be confirmed as “completed”.

Q. Options for making payment

  • APIC 2025 registration is completed through credit card payment. if you want to register for APIC 2025, please click on ‘Register NOW’.
  • If you encounter any issues concerning credit card payment, please contact the registration provider via the chat channel or email at [email protected] to verify the registration process. Once the verification is completed, you may proceed with the registration again on the 'Register Now' page of the website.

Q. E-Receipt & Tax Invoice

Upon successful completion of the registration process, an E-Receipt will be issued and sent to you along with the Registration Confirmation Email to the email address provided. Should you require a Tax Invoice, please submit a request via email to the APIC 2025 Secretariat.

Q. Cancellation Policy

  • Registration cancellation can be possible by email via the informed document available below. Please fill out the ‘Registration cancellation and substitution request form’ below and send it to APIC 2025 secretariat ([email protected])
  • Important notes related to refund:
    • Once the registration payment is completed, Requests for registration change or cancellation can ONLY be accepted by submitting the designated document via email.
    • To be entitled to the full refund, notification of cancellation must be made by submitting the designated document via email within 7 days of confirmation.
  • Substitution of registration will be accepted with no extra charge.
  • Refunds will be processed after the conference, and the registrants will bear all service charges.

Q. How to register on-site?

On-site payment options include credit card and cash (in USD only), and domestic participants can also make payments via bank transfer. When the full registration fee has been successfully deposited, the registration will be confirmed as "completed'. During on-site registration, both members and non- members have a registration fee of USD 1,100.
